COMPANY

Jelly Bean Films & Distribution was formed in 2006 by partners who shared the same dreams and wanted to make films and not necessary films, a reality to everyone. If you have a project that is big budget and big cast, you don’t need us, you are already on your way to big success. JBF is here to work with films, documentaries, animations, new ideas, new writers, new directors, and new talents. JBF will be organizing script competitions, story development, working with new directors and producers at a budget that is possible and reasonable. It could be a project from Asia or it could be a project from US or Europe, we want to make your dream come true and not necessary with just films.

In 2007, Jelly Bean Films signed with Fiver Chen, a first time documentary director from Taiwan, who quit his job and wanted to make a series of documentary in China. It was his dream and he made it happen, the dream took him 6 years in China, from Inner Mongolia to Qinghai, from Sichuan to Tibet, from 5 km to 500 meters in height, from temperature as high as 110 degrees to as low as -10, traveled over 282,000 miles, editing more than 2 years now and as of today, still continuing his dream.

As the partners are passionate in promoting projects from East to West and from West to East, to bridge the connections and better develop new projects, we set up offices around Asia to better serve the world. In Malaysia, a production company is in place to work with Asian directors and talents to further advance projects. In Taiwan, a sales office is created to work with acquisition/buyers in Asia to assure better service to our customers.

Jelly Bean Films & Distribution is here to represent all projects with sales at the Film and TV market, to finance, produce, coordinate and assist with oversea filming and much, much more….. Let us know how we can work with you.
